As the global community faces rising rates of non-communicable diseases, obesity, sarcopenia, and other lifestyle-related health challenges, the integration of body composition science with sports, nutrition and health has become more vital than ever.
Proudly organised by the Malaysian Society of Body Composition (MSBC), the 2nd International Scientific Conference on Body Composition (2nd ISCBC) 2026 will take place on 6-7 April 2026 in vibrant Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Building on the success of the inaugural ISCBC in 2021, 2nd ISCBC 2026 will serve as a premier international platform for advancing knowledge of human body composition across the lifespan.
With the theme: “Exploring the Nexus: Body Composition, Sports, and Nutrition for Optimal Health”, the 2nd ISCBC aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and promote the exchange of cutting-edge scientific knowledge in the field of body composition. From advancements in body composition assessment technologies and artificial intelligence applications to clinical practices, public health strategies, and preventive care, the conference highlights the pivotal role of evidence-based body composition science in promoting health, enhancing physical performance, and preventing disease.
