Participants who wish to apply for HRD Corp (HRDF) claims are required to email the Conference Secretariat (secretary@msbc.org.my) for registration and further instructions.

How To Register

  1. Create an account & login
  2. Go to registration page
  3. Choose your registration category
  4. Proceed to payment
  5. Once approved, receive confirmation email

Note:

  • For group registration (applicable to groups of five or more from the same registration category), please email the Conference Secretariat (event@msbc.org.my). Terms and conditions apply.
  • All MSBC members (except Life members) must ensure their annual membership fees are fully paid to be eligible for the MSBC member rate.
  • Student participants are required to upload proof of student status, certified by their institution, at the time of registration.
  • This will be an in-person-only Conference. No virtual attendance options will be available.

Payment Methods

  1. Payment of registration fees can be made using the following methods:
    1. Offline Payment: Online Transfer
      Please make payment before registering online as you will be required to upload the proof of payment
    2. Online Payment: Payment Gateway
      Payment can be made during online registration via the integrated payment gateway (Stripe)
  2. For methods (i) and (ii), the payee will bear all bank or payment gateway charges. All payments are to be issued in favour of:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. If you are unable to attend, we regret that no refund will be issued. However, a replacement participant is allowed at no extra cost, provided that:
    • Written notice is submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat, and
    • The replacement is approved by the Conference Organising Committee.
  2. Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the Conference.
    Confirmation of the replacement will only be issued upon receipt of the above and consent from the Organising Committee.
